- Non-refundable, except within 24 hours of payment.
- Freezing Policy available with specific conditions.
- Club Access limited by subscription type.
- Transfers not permitted.
- Upgrades available until the 4th session.
- Renewal requires an active subscription.
- Expiry reactivation not accepted.
- Freeze and reactivation procedures outlined.

- EMS Personal Suites non-refundable.
- 30-day warranty on provided garments.
- No warranty for soiled or tag-removed items.
